Who we are
Amari Services is a compassionate and innovative NDIS service provider that specialises in helping NDIS participants with cleaning services, housekeeping, yard maintenance, decluttering and other household tasks. As one of the leading NDIS service providers in the metro areas of Melbourne and Sydney, we work with people experiencing physical and mental health concerns.
Since 2015, we’ve worked with over 400 clients and we have developed a true understanding of how to help them take the first steps towards leading their ideal life through holistic NDIS cleaning services. We believe that this breadth of experience is what sets us apart as one of the best NDIS cleaners in Melbourne and Sydney.
How we do things
We have grown in experience as a NDIS Service Provider and we have developed a special approach to make sure we present you with an outstanding NDIS cleaning experience each time.
Our approach to NDIS cleaning services can be summarised by the following 4 principles that guide our work on a daily basis. We call these principles, The Amari Way:

What Drives Us
Hope. Strength. Beauty. Quality of Life.
It all starts with our name, Amari Services, which is pronounced as “Uh-mar-ree”. The word “Amari” means a few different things to different people. We like it because three of the meanings it holds are “promised”, “strength” and “beauty”.
“Promised” represents the hope that there is a better tomorrow for all of us – especially yourself and the many other wonderful people we work with. We truly believe that.
“Strength” speaks of that sometimes-hidden ability to pull through against all odds; which we also believe you carry within you.
“Beauty” represents our team’s perspective of the world. As we go about hiring our team of NDIS cleaners, we look for compassion-filled people that can see the beauty of what is and the beauty of what could be. Where most people would see “a mess”, we empathise with the experiences that led to the current state of things. Where most people see a home in disarray, we see the possibilities of a free, relaxed space that evokes feelings of happiness and pride for its occupier.
Quality of life
Above all the work that we do as an NDIS provider of cleaning services among other things, we are very clear about our main purpose for existing. We are here to help add to your quality of life, not take away from it. We not only use this idea as our north star when delivering our services, but we also try our very best to reflect this in all we do. We take the quality of life in the way we run our business, set up our processes, select our cleaning equipment and solutions, train our staff and, communicate to our clients, suppliers and collaborators.
Programs we work with
Amari Services is a NDIS registered service provider, specialising in household tasks.
We also accept referrals from TAC, WorkSafe and My Age Care clients.
Before becoming a NDIS service provider, we helped Partners in Recovery participants in various locations around Sydney and also assisted clients referred to us by the Family & Community Services, Housing Department of NSW.
We are also a member of the Building Service Contractors Association of Australia which allows us access to the latest cleaning training programs as well as best in class cleaning solutions and tools.
